Charter Council Meeting - Tuesday, November 19, 2024 - 6:00 pm
The monthly meeting of the Bitney Prep Charter Council is this Tuesday at 6:00 pm. The meetings are open to the public and the agenda is posted at school. The Charter Council is looking for new members. If you are interested in helping our school by joining the Charter Council, the first step is to attend a Charter Council meeting.
A Message from the Bitney Prep Parent Council
Hello Bitney Parents!
We have kicked off our Pie Fundraising Campaign!
We are having our holiday pie fundraiser from November 4th through November 22nd. We will be selling pies for you to share with your family over Thanksgiving Holiday! They can be picked up on November 26th. You can choose between an Apple Pie or a Pumpkin Pie. We will be getting our pies from Costco. All the proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards the faculty bonuses that are given at the faculty luncheon before Winter Break. Please see the attached Flier in the email. Also, be on the lookout for a flier coming home!
In December each year before winter break, we host a potluck lunch for our teachers to show our appreciation for all their hard work with our children. This year the Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, December 11th. A sign-up email will be coming out in the next couple of weeks. We ask each family for a $10-$20 donation to make this happen.
Remember, our parent council meetings are on the first Wednesday of every month from 6 to 7 p.m. Our next meeting will be on December 4th at 6 p.m., and we hope you can join us!

Thanksgiving Break - Wednesday, November 27 to Friday, November 29, 2024
I am sure that everyone knows that the Thanksgiving Holiday is coming up fast. Please remember that school is in session on Monday and Tuesday, November 25 and 26.
Picture Makeup Day - Tuesday, December 3, 2024
Students who missed picture day this fall can have their picture taken on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
