Finals Week
This week is the last regular week of the Fall semester. Students will be taking finals in their classes and finishing up projects. Attendance for Finals Week and Exhibition Week is important. Please ensure your student is in school unless they have a legitimate reason to stay home.
Charter Council Meeting - Tuesday, December 10, 2024 - 6:00 pm
The December meeting of the Bitney Prep Charter Council is this Tuesday at 6:00 pm. This is a public meeting and members of our community are welcome to attend.
Internships - Wednesday, December 11, 2024
Students will be going to their internships this Wednesday, December 11th. Students who do not have internships should be on campus this Wednesday.

We ask each family for a $10-$20 donation. All donations, along with the funds raised in November, will be combined and evenly distributed among our wonderful staff as a token of appreciation for all they do.

Remember: our parent council meetings are the first Wednesday of every month from 6-7 PM.

Exhibition Week - December 16 to 20, 2024
Exhibition Week is one of the most important weeks of each semester. All of our students work hard to prepare a presentation about their experiences and achievements during the Fall Semester. All of our students need to show up each day to present their exhibition and to support their classmates as panel and audience members. We have a special schedule for Exhibition Week.
Monday, December 16th is a regular school day
Tuesday through Thursday, December 17 to 20:
Exhibition Presentation - 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
Lunch - 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
Grade Intervention Period - 1:30 to 3:30 pm
Students who need to improve their grades will stay on campus during the Intervention Period to work with their teachers to complete missing assignments and assessments to improve their grades before the end of the Fall Semester. Students whose grades are all A’s and B’s, or who have completed all of their assignments in all of their classes can complete a parent permission form to leave school at 1:30 pm on the intervention days.
