Happy Republic day! 26th January is of great significance to all of us. It was this day in 1930 that our freedom fighters made the Declaration of Indian Independence (Purna Swaraj). Again on same day in 1950, Constitution of India, which we deeply respect, came into force making people the official rulers of our country. While we reflect on this great occasion, one realizes with some sadness that neither people have become real rulers of our country nor purna swaraj has been obtained. 65 years is too long a wait but time has come now to realize these dreams.
The Aam Aadmi Party is committed to the idea of 'Swaraj' and believes in giving the power back to the people and thus ensuring people are the real rulers of our nation.
