Dear Members,

    

This is to inform you that NICCO VENTURES is organizing & coordinating a "Walk - In" for "One of the largest global IT services, BPO and Product Engineering companies" for their Business Process Outsourcing division for the 2010/2011 batch passing out candidates.

 

The detail of the requirement is provided below:

  

RECRUITMENT DRIVE - DETAILS:     Associate (Technical Support)    Education (any one of the following):   •    Engineering (Computer Science/Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical Only) •    BCA/BBA •    BSc   Salary Range(per month): For Engineering: Rs.8000.00 (Fixed) + Variable Pay (Upto Rs.5000) + PF/ESIC BCA/BBA/Bsc: Rs.7000(Fixed) + Variable Pay(Upto Rs.5000) + PF/ESIC   Other than the salary the employee would be provided pick up/drop facility. Location: Kolkata   Candidates can opt for higher studies while working with help of special initiative by the company and tie-ups with various leading university from the country.

   

 

Selection Process:

 

The selection process shall comprise of the following stages -

Stage 1: Basic screening round

Stage 2: HR Round interview

Stage 3: Technical Test

Stage 4: Voice Assessment 

 

Each stage is an elimination round.

Moving into the next stage is subject to clearing the previous stage.

 

Every student shall maintain a semi-formal dress code and must carry the following documents -

 

1. Identity proof such as Driver's license/Passport/PAN/Voter's Id, etc. (Xerox copy) 

2. Class X, XII mark sheets (Xerox copy)

3. Undergraduate / Post Graduate / Engineering degree certificate(s) clearing showing the aggregate %  (Xerox copy)

4. Two recent passport size photographs

5. Resume

 

All selected students will be informed at the end of the selection process.
