The way to find the value you're looking for, the number of clicks on links to the same URL you shortened, but shortened by other people, is to call /v3/info for the Bitlink you created, take the "global hash" value, use the global hash as the "link" value in a call to /v3/link/clicks. That click count will be the total number of clicks on the target URL, regardless of who shortened the Bitlink. Call /v3/link/clicks with your Bitlink for the same target URL to get the number of clicks on your Bitlink for the same URL. Subtract your clicks from the global clicks, and the result is the number of "Clicks On Other Bitlinks".
