Secure Page

I need to use bitly on a secure page but the browser is saying the page has insecure content.  When I change the url for the api from http to https it times out. I was wondering if there is anything I can do?

Basically, I need bitly to work without the insecure content warning.

Hi there-

The API does work over SSL, but you'll need to query against https://api-ssl.bitly.com, not https://api.bitly.com. That should do the trick!
