clarify the timestamp in /link/clicks

I'm wondering if you could clarify the timestamp. If for example we set units=hour, and get this in the response {dt: 1337583600, clicks: 10}.

That's "Mon May 21 03:00:00 -0400 2012", so to be explicit, there were 10 clicks between 2:01 and 3:00? (as opposed to between 3:00 and 3:59). I could see both being justifiable, so just wanted to clarify.
