For the past several days, when I copy/paste my bit link, it doesn't show up with the custom name.

Hi Marc,

We had a bug in our copy/paste function, but we've since fixed it. Try again, and let us know if it works.

Hi Marc,

Can you give us instructions on how to reproduce the problem? What exact steps are you taking where you see the issue? And what browser and operating system are you using? Perhaps we can dig out the problem if we have greater specifics.

Hi,
This is a brand new problem for me.  I’m using safari.  I type in bit.ly and it comes up… https://app.bitly.com/bitlinks/28RYE6h.  I choose one of my bitlinks and it comes up with options to copy, share or edit.  I usually click on copy and it does it.  But now it just disappears.
Hmmm.
Thanks,
Marc

Hi Marc,

I found out from our team that Safari does not yet support the specific functionality our page uses, but that the support should be coming with a software update later this year. As a workaround for the meantime, we suggest you use Chrome, which does support the copy functionality. Or, right-click on the link and choose Copy Link from the context menu that appears.

I'm seeing the exact problem for the last three weeks.  The bitlink window opens when bookmarklet is clicked, but none of the bitlink buttons in the window work at all in Safari, except settings symbol.  Have tried every remedy I can think of.
