The recruitment process involves various stages, including screening, shortlisting, scoring, ranking, and selecting. The HRMCs (Human Resource Management Committees) are responsible for generating a report from the system for the posted candidates. The report includes the list and names of the successful candidates who have applied to join the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ). The list and names of the newly recruited teachers in Zambia will be published in the Zambia Daily Mail newspaper and can also be accessed digitally.

The recruitment exercise includes the recruitment of early childhood, primary school, and secondary school teachers. The TSC has provided guidelines on how to check the list of recruited teachers, which is available on their website. The names are also published in the Zambia Daily Mail newspaper, and one can obtain a physical copy or access the newspaper digitally.
