If you are using the BITE playground extension that is intended for people to try out BITE. It isn't intended for personal/company usage and all bugs/etc are publicly available. It is not possible to remove bugs.
If you create your own BITE server and extension then you can use AppEngine to remove those bugs manually.
The concept of BITE was to store bugs but not manage them. There were other tools that were in progress for bug management, but I don't remember what they are or if they were open sourced.
