Changes to dependencies

Hello everyone,

I finally got tired of wrestling with dependencies.  The last set of changes to the dependencies now gives Closure Compiler errors I can't resolve.  To this end I am taking a different approach.

Now all dependencies have been added directly to the source tree for BITE.  The dependencies are snapshots from the last time I downloaded them and they worked with BITE (a month ago).  Hopefully if you do a git pull it should update the dependencies.  If it doesn't then you should be able to delete them and git checkout deps.

Since the deps are now cloned with the repo, the build script will detect that they are present and not try to download them.  If you want to use a new version of a dep you should be able to delete the dep and run build and the new version will be downloaded.

If this causes a problem please let me know.
