No Tests Are Available Error in Test Console - How to Resolve?

Hi,

I'm using my own BITE server on app engine and just have a quick
question - is there any configuration needed to get the Tests Console
feature working? I always get "No tests are available. Please login"
as the response (even though I'm already logged in). I did a search to
see if anyone else had this issue but couldn't find it. I noticed this
feature isn't enabled by default - has it never worked, or is this
just an issue of missing configuration on my end? When I click the
"Membership" button in the Tests window, I get the error:

"The requested URL /compat/subscriptions was not found on this
server."

As a note - This project has made great progress since I last checked
in - great work on the bugs overlay feature!

I have to apologize, I have only seen the test console once about a
year ago. It has basically been disabled for at least that long. I
think it never got any love because due to prioritization of other
features. I don't know the code that well, so you may need to dig
through the source if want answers. My guess about login issue you
see is that the test console code wasn't updated when we changed how
login worked. It is probably some UX change that needs to happen.
