Floppy drive cleaning disk

Has anyone purchased a floppy disk drive cleaning disk recently, and if so, do you have a recommended brand or vendor or general caveats about purchasing them? I did find this one on Amazon, but all the reviews are from at least six or seven years ago. 

I am aware it is possible to make one, but I am not feeling like that is a realistic option for me.  I am also not too keen on trying to disassemble the drive in order to manually clean the heads.

Hi Lara,

We purchased from this site last year. I've used it once or twice on our drive so far. I've only used it as a preventative, so I can't really say how well it works. But it didn't make our drive stop working!
