Hi, where would I look on older versions of BitCurator (e.g. 2.x, 3.x) to find the version?

Hi Jess,

For the last released 2.x, there are links for the VM and install script on this page: https://github.com/BitCurator/bitcurator-distro/wiki/Release-History

Hi David, I think Jess was asking how to discover what version of Bitcurator one is running on a system that already has Bitcurator installed.

For 2.x releases the version should be displayed in the file /etc/bitcurator-version.

For the 3.x and 4.x releases, the version can be displayed by running the command "bitcurator version".
