Call for nominations - SAA Electronic Records Section steering committee 2024-2025 – Self-Nominations Encouraged!

Are you looking for a way to expand your professional network and get more involved in the digital archives and digital preservation community? If so, come join the Electronic Records Section Steering Committee of the Society of American Archivists and help grow the community while learning from fellow professionals! 

Joining the ERS Steering Committee is a small-time commitment, providing you with valuable experience as you contribute to vital services for your colleagues. 

The committee meets once a month as time allows, and a typical time commitment is 1-2 hours per month, depending on projects. Attendance at the annual meeting is not required, and any dues-paying SAA members, including students, are eligible to join.

Please consider nominating yourself or a colleague for one of these positions:

• Vice Chair/Chair-Elect, for a three-year term (1 seat available)

• Steering Committee member, for a three-year term (2 seats available)

• bloggERS Communications Liaison, for a one-year term (1 seat available)
