All resources created by the BitCuratorEdu project are now available on the BitCurator Consortium website! The BitCuratorEdu project team has partnered with the BCC Documentation and Training Committee to make these resources available for digital curation educators, students, and practitioners beyond the end of the project.

BitCuratorEdu Learning Objects: The BitCuratorEdu project collected and created a series of modular learning objects to be used by educators in providing hands-on digital forensics instruction. You can find discussion questions, hands-on exercises, slide decks, advocacy talking points, and more.

BitCurator Guide for Educators: The BitCurator Guide for Educators is designed to provide instructors with advice, ideas, and materials to support their inclusion of digital forensics concepts, tools, and methods into courses related to the curation of born-digital materials.

BitCuratorEdu Resource Release Webinar Recording: Watch the webinar to learn more from the project team about digital curation educational resources created over the course of the project, including the BitCurator Guide for Educators.

BitCuratorEdu Project Page: Find links to all BitCuratorEdu resources, including events and presentations from the project.

About the Project
The BitCuratorEdu project was an effort (2018-2022) funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) to study and advance the adoption of digital forensics tools and methods in libraries and archives through professional education efforts. This project was a partnership between Educopia Institute and the School of Information and Library Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with the Council of State Archivists (CoSA) and several Masters-level programs in library and information science.
