The Digital Library Federation Born-Digital Access Working Group (DLF BDAWG) is pleased to announce the publication of “Legal and Ethical Considerations for Born-Digital Access.”


This document comprises a set of guidelines for thinking through complex legal and ethical issues involved in providing access to born-digital archival records, including copyright, privacy, attorney-client privilege and more. See the DLF blog to learn more about how this resource was developed.
