I'm pleased to announce the release of bitcoinj 0.13.4, a maintenance
update to the Java implementation of the Bitcoin protocol.
This update adjusts the minimum network fee to the one imposed by
Bitcoin Core. Peer dicovery timeout is now configurable via a new
method PeerGroup.setPeerDiscoveryTimeoutMillis().
Those using an SQL block store need to migrate their schema to use
lower case column names only.
Some bugs were fixed as well. For a thorough list of changes, have a
look at the git log [1].
The v0.13.4 release tag is signed with my's GPG key [2]. The pre-built
jars can be fetched from Maven central [3]. Those artifacts are signed
with my key as well.
