bitcoinj 0.14

I'm pleased to announce the release of bitcoinj 0.14! This release
represents about 10 months of work by many contributors: thanks to you
all!

This release doesn't really have key features. Rather, it's the
accumulation of lots of medium to small enhancements and fixes that
felt too risky to introduce in a maintenance update.

Still, here are some teasers: Double spend forwarding, Fee per kB,
several new database-backed block stores, Height in Coinbase. For a
thorough list, have a look at the release notes [1] and the git log [2].

The v0.14 release tag is signed with my's GPG key [3]. The pre-built
jars can be fetched from Maven central and JCenter [4]. Those
artifacts are signed with my key as well.

...just as with the last release, I had to release a v0.14.1 already
because there was a bad Orchid artifact already uploaded to the Maven
repos.
