I'm pleased to announce the release of bitcoinj 0.11.3, a maintenance
update to the Java implementation of the Bitcoin protocol.
The most important changes are fixes to bloom filters, along with
fixes for how risk dropped transactions are handled. Also worth noting
is a fix to checking of blockchain difficulty transitions and
wallet-autosaving for Windows users. I took the opportunity and
updated the DNS seeds (1 new, 1 gone) and snuck in a little bit of
debug logging.
Some additional small-ish bugs were fixed. For a thorough list of
changes, have a look at the git log [1].
The v0.11.3 release is signed with my GPG key [2]. The git hash of the
release is 6ec53fc19bf5675088eb613d0659df2a358695cd. The pre-built jar
can also be fetched from our Maven repository [3] and (soon) the Maven
Central Repository [4]. For those who would like to verify the build:
I was using javac 1.6.0_31 (6b31-1.13.3-1ubuntu1).
