I'm pleased to announce the release of bitcoinj 0.13.6, a maintenance
update to the Java implementation of the Bitcoin protocol.

This is just fixing bugs. Transaction input sequence numbers were
storede incorrectly to protobuf, resulting in transactions being
falsely detected as "opt-in full RBF". Also, a bug with cleaning
wallets could result in an artificially high balance.

Some other small bugs were fixed as well. For a thorough list of
changes, have a look at the git log [1].

The v0.13.6 release tag is signed with my's GPG key [2]. The pre-built
jars can be fetched from Maven central [3]. Those artifacts are signed
with my key as well.
