I just pushed v0.10.2. It mainly fixes several issues that causes
missing transactions or transaction confidences stuck in pending state.

Also, it fixes an issue when signing a non-ASCII text with an ECKey.

Sadly, there is a small API change: Transaction.appearsInHashes and its
corresponding getter .getAppearsInHashes is now a Map rather than a
Collection. If your code expects a collection, a quickfix is to call
.keySet() on the returned map.

The v0.10.2 release is signed with my GPG key. The git hash of the
release is 2cfa39f2.
