On track for the upcoming 0.12.0 release, transifex for the 0.12 branch has been opened. Old strings and metadata have been copied where possible.
The planning for release candidate 1 is January 1 2016, aim for the final release is Februari 1 2016. New translation strings will be included up until the last release candidate.

Translations for 0.11 will remain open so that further minor releases on that branch can include the new translations. I am going to close translations for 0.10.
