For the record, here's the style guide where we immortalized such matters as "block chain" vs. "blockchain".

It doesn't look like this was ever moved into "official" documentation. Any plans to do so? If so, how?

What's next after the branch is merged isn't set in stone.

But I was thinking this should be moved to the bitcoin.org wiki on the
same repository we're working on, and linked from the bitcoin.org
README, which is now the official "How to participate" document. But
managing v0.1 reviews and merge process is what I have in mind right now.

I've also briefly suggested to David we could continue making
improvements by opening pull requests on the bitcoin.org repository
directly, or temporarily work on personal repositories similarly to what
we've just done only when preparing huge changes.
