problem with get user profile

Hi:

    The first problem is When I get user profile , It returns 404 not found , but I can get the access token .ping is also OK,I can  create folder also.I don't know why.

    and I also don't know how can I find the folder my previous create , I also have personal account ,is any relation with my developer's account.
