Greetings!


At the outset, thank you for your continuous patronage of HP and HP
Products.

As an organization, HP takes pride in its programmatic & rule based
distribution/channel engagement & a significant part of HP Products in India
are sold to end-customers through our wide network of partners and
authorized distributors. .

HP's partners and authorized distributors are constantly trained and updated
on processes & HP Product related information to ensure that the interests
of the end-customers are safeguarded against any misinformation pertaining
to HP Products, presence of counterfeit HP Products or any other procedural
complexities.
It has been bought to our attention that one CHECKERS INDIA TECHNOLOGY PVT
LTD, Navi Mumbai, who appears to be a reseller/distributor of IT products is
reselling HP consumer PC Products from Mumbai through an online portal
excess2sell.com calling it a B2B platform market place, despite the fact
that this entity / person / portal is not associated with HP in any capacity
whatsoever so as to resell HP consumer PC Products.
This email advisory is being issued to clarify & inform you that any sale to
or purchase of HP Products from this entity/person or using the said B2B
portal from your end shall be deemed a contravention of HP's GTM rules and
in the event of any evidence to this effect being found by HP, the same can
make you ineligible to receive HP Partner program incentives/payouts.

You are requested to hereby take note of this advisory and ensure that HP's
GTM rules are adhered to in letter and spirit.

Should you have any queries or need any clarifications, please do reach out
to the HP Zonal manager in your territory for the same.
