Subject: Urgent Clarification Required Regarding Licensing Statement
Dear Aditya,
I am writing this email with deep disappointment regarding your recent communication to City Corporation Belagavi in which you termed the digital licenses of Windows 11 Pro as genuine.
As someone who has been actively working to uphold Microsoft’s standards and flag suspected piracy in the market, I had submitted substantial proof regarding irregularities in this particular supply. Your email has directly contradicted this effort and has led to serious consequences for me, both professionally and legally.
Since your email to City Corporation, Belagavi, you have not responded to my calls or messages, which raises concerns and serious doubts. I sincerely hope that your decision was made in good faith, based solely on policy, and was not influenced in any way—financially or through pressure from external parties, including any officials.
I urge you to clarify this at the earliest to clear the air and maintain transparency.
As a result of your email, I have received a legal notice from M/s Rajesh Enterprises, and they intend to file a defamation case against me for Rs. 1 crore. I will be defending myself in court and will have no choice but to include Microsoft and yourself as parties to the case, as your statement has been cited as key evidence in their claim.
Furthermore, I intend to share your email with my state association (FITDAK) and national association (FAIITA), and will ask them to reconsider purchasing OEM preloaded operating systems, given the apparent validation of Rs. 300 digital licenses through your statement.
Your email dated 27-05-2025 at 1:46 PM has now, inadvertently or otherwise, set a precedent that could be interpreted as Microsoft certifying digital licenses sold through online platforms like PC Deals, Amazon, and Flipkart as legitimate.
Lastly, I will be raising this matter with senior Microsoft officials to ensure that such serious misjudgements—if any—are investigated appropriately.
I sincerely hope for your immediate clarification on this matter to prevent any further escalation.
Thanks & regards,
Raosaheb S Patil

Subject: Microsoft
Dear Sir/Madam - I am from the devices business within Microsoft India.
This is in regards to the CCB KPPP Tender for 123 laptops.
Please note that Microsoft only recommends Genuine pre-installed Windows 11 Pro OS with the laptop.
To ensure this is the case, the partner must receive a signed MAF (Manufactured Authorized Form) from Microsoft for the specific OEM they are quoting.
If you have any questions, please contact me directly
