As we Discussed Verbally I am badly suffering By dealing With Bhavaku Patil and his company  (Sunrise Antivirus). Here I am Sharing Details of Business Transactions with you to get out of this .
Kindly Help me in this Regard and Take Necessary Action Via BETA.
All This Happened as Follows:
Around Mid of OCt 2020 Ravi Shahpurkar ( Sales Executive of Sunrise Antivirus) approached us and Offered us the Same AntiVirus. On 12th Nov 2020 We Purchased the Sunrise Antivirus on the Condition that They Give Marketing Support locally. Initial Days Ravi Shahpurkar did Marketing but was not able to generate Business. Mean Time Company was not paying him salary and He left the JOB. Then We Approached the said Company for Support and there was a Senior Employ Called Bhavaku Patil and Nilesh Pawar (National Sales Head of Sunrise) were simply assuring the thing that they will Consume the Product here and there But not did anything. Mean time Ravi Shahpurkar tried to help us but these two seniors made him apart from this issue. After so many Converssation on 9th Jan 2021 Mr. Nilesh Pawar Promised that They will make secondary of the Product or else They will get back the Product to Company and Return the Money.
Even After so Many Converasation they were not doing Secondary of our Product. Finally After Forcing a lot they Asked us to Bill those AntiVirus to TechnoRama Computers Amaravati on Credit base. and They Promised me that they make Payment in Certain Days. ( Billing Date: 28/01/2021 Payment Term: 21 Days) Bhavaku Patil And Nilesh Pawar Ji Both taken the responsibility of Payment hence we made the Bill to Technorama Computers, Amaravati. But We didnt got the payment. For payment we did follow up 2-3 Months. Finally in July 2021 Technorama Computers Returned 80% of Material Back to us and They not Paid any Payment. For This BHavaku Patil and Nilesh Pawar said that they will Take responsibility for Returning Materials to Campany and Pay back our Payment. But till now they not did anything.Company Owner also Promised to take the material back but he also didnt do anything.  Bhavaku Patil being local Belgaumian harrashed me a lot in this regard. I am a Small Business man running Small Buniness with help of some fine investors.
