As as Discussed over phone kindly note following points:-
1. Backdrop size- vertical 8 ft x horizontal 12 ft ( Which we can place over wall)
2. Hi Tea- will consist one hot snacks ( veg pakoda/kanda bhajji/moong dal wadi etc any one of them)
3. AMT- before lunch tea best price we can offer INR 120/- AI ( Tea, Cofft & Cookies)
Kindly Revert on same with choice of snacks for hi tea

Ø Date of event - 11th January Saturday 2020 for the Day cation at Regenta Resort Belagavi
Ø Number of Guest – 40
Ø Guest will come in by 9.30 am until 10.30 for Breakfast
Ø Breakfast will be served at the Pre function are of the Banquet hall
Ø Breakfast will comprise of - Idli & medu wada with sambar & chutney , poori & Bhajji , assorted cereals with hot/cold milk ,tea/coffee
Ø After Breakfast- all guest will conduct a small meet –in banquet hall
Ø Cluster set up required
Ø The hotel will provide a small in- house stage + 1 Mike & 1 Speaker + 1 Podium
Ø Screen + Projector guest will get their own
Ø Guest will arrange their own standee or back drop
Ø After Breakfast in the pre function area will place empty tables for their displaying of their products
Ø After the small meet –Guest can use the various facilities at the hotel
Ø Lunch will be served in the Limelight Restaurant
Ø Lunch time - 1.30 to 2.30 pm
Ø Lunch menu will comprise of -
· 01 Veg soup
· 01 Veg starters
· 02 Salads, Curd / Raita, Papad , Pickle & Chutney
· 01 Vegetables main course & 01 chicken main course
· 1 Dal preparation & 01 Rice preparation
· Assorted Indian Breads
· 2 Desserts
Ø Best revised rate for the above will be 950 All Inclusive per person
Ø Guest will buy their own drinks from the Bar – This will be all on direct payment
Additional information –
Ø Activities such as Table Tennis + Throw Ball + Volley Ball + Badminton, will all be complimentary
Ø Activates on chargeable basis - Segway + Water Zorbing + Land Zorbing + Archery will be chargeable @ 250 All Inclusive per person per game
Ø Can offer a 10% on a group discount on activates
Ø Can arrange separate bar at the Alfresco area with limited Alcoholic Beverages with special rate-which will all be on direct payment from guest
Ø If rooms are required for Wash & Change @ 3500 plus taxes per room
