qs Quantity Survey Software is specially developed for quantity surveyors
and civil engineers to estimate projects with ease and convenience. It is
suitable for the estimation of all types of Projects for Civil and Building
constructions. To make it really user friendly, special care is taken in
using only purely civil engineering terminology. The same concept as in the
manual estimation is adopted to ensure that there will be no unfamiliarity
for users.
While having an easy and systematic way of entering measurements, on screen
take off, and take off with Digitizer are also made possible for further
convenience. All details are recorded to enable cross checking of the Take
Off and making any required corrections. When the required dimensions are
provided, Quantities of Items are calculated with in-built formulae and then
multiplied by analyzed rates to get the Amount. Along with it, the
quantities of different Materials and other components required for each
Item are calculated automatically.
As all required reports are generated on feeding the dimensions, the time
required for preparation of different reports is eliminated.
Features like Maintaining multiple Projects, Multiple Structures in each
Project, and Multiple Floors in each Structure are available and their
individual and consolidated reports can be generated. All other features
required for a quantity survey software like Library of Materials, Items and
Specifications, Rate Analysis, Calculation of Mass Earthwork, Bar Bending
Schedule, Doors and Windows Schedule, Variation Orders Reports, Study on
Costs and Profits etc are provided.
