Hello,
I am looking for data about how we group a sequence of numbers.
For example, if I am given a 7-digit telephone number, and reade it
outloud,
I can divide it to 3-2-2, 2-2-3, 4-3 groups.
If you know any paper that deals with this subject (or psychophysical
experiments) I will be happy to hear about them.
