mailing help needed for me

Dear kind people, Does anyone use to know of a solid
mailing product.

I am eager to start a mailing list.
I think i need the following:

A list that is not web based, something ON my computer,
not like listbot.

A list that can take up to 80'000 or 50'000 subscribers.

The program ideally would Not require me to manually
subscribe and unsubscribe people! i would not have
the time once the list grew in size. All they have to do
is mail to: subscribe@Jimi's mail thing.com, or
"unsubscribe...com"

And it would be easy enough to use. I have no site as of
yet...with which to subscribe people.

Finally, it would be free. Well, in an ideal world. Hopefully,
it would not cost alot, or be shareware that does not expire.

Please could you also mail me any replies as i only
browse this group and hope to get started this w/end.

BTW, i do not have a constant online connection; It would
be: log on, mail, log off scenario.
