ALL-PRIVATE.COM allows you to send personally to each and every recipient
in your mailing list, a private email message, with his name.
(for example: "Good day Mr. Albert, I hope that you like tomatoes...")
How does it work?
ALLPRIVATE.COM contains unlimited size mailing list database.
easly manageable, from web base interface, and includes import functions
(from MS OutLook and more)
When you register, you will recieve your log in name and secret password,
which will allow you
to edit your mailing list, and send multiple email messages.
When you send, you write your message and the system will replace
automaticly the name of each reipient
The system sends each email separately, and each user sees that the email
was sent exclusively to him/her.
You can configure the system to add a title before each name, any title that
you wish to add ("Mr.", "Doc.", "Herr." ect.)
The system will send the emails throu fast POP3 mailing server, which is
relatively much faster then the crowded
common usage mailing servers that handles with millions of emails each
second.
The system is based on 4-DS3, 10-T1 server
That's all. very simple!
Security
The system is based on secure-server using password protected directories
(NT), and using Authentix
password protection.
Mailing list database is encrypted as well.
Virus protection
While using MS OutLook or equivalent software handling mailing list and
email accounts
you are quite vulnerable to viruses attacks from email messages.
It's enough that someone will once open an infected email, and the virus
will spread using YOUR mailing list.
ALL-PRIVATE.COM is protected against such viruses, since it's one-way
system.
the system does NOT receive any email/files, and only sending text output
that you are typing
Of course, attachments are possible, but on your own risk, and the files are
deleted immediately after sending.
Accessibility
You can log into the system from any computer (PC/Mac) that has connection
to the internet
That means, that you can use it not only from your office, but your home, or
even overseas
