Prolonged stress caused due to excessive mental, emotional and
physical exhaustion leads to burnout condition. Usually, you feel
inundated and unable to meet your increasing demands physically and
psychologically. Exhaustion often leaves you uninterested or annoyed
to perform any work that requires enthusiasm, constant effort and
responsibility.
