And your looking for those last minute pointers that make all the
difference.
Okay, I'll start by saying you should make a list of all the things
you want to see in Paris before you go. This way you wont be sat on
the plane ride home, wondering what the Arc de Triomphe looks like!
Oh yeah, this might be stating the obvious a bit but you should have
made hotel reservations before you go. I remember the first time I
went and didn't bother making reservations, I ended up having to pay
430 euros for my first night. And thats not even the worst of it. I
spent my first day in Paris hunting for hotel reservations.
In all fairness the room was lovely, but still it really cut into my
Champs Ellysees spending money.
You'll want to visit the Champs Ellysees by the way. Its a great place
for resteraunts as well as there being all of the designed shops of
course.
The Louvre museums good fun even for those that aren't interested in
history sort of stuff.
