How to change my Win 3.11 screen saver password since I already forgot the
old one?

If its one of the standard Windows screensavers then do like this:
Open C:\windows\control.ini using notepad. Find the line that says
PWProtected=1 and change 1 to 0, if there is a line named
Password=(whatever) delete this line, now the password is disabled.
