Anyone know where I can find OP-prefixed messages.  Can’t seem to find it in the usual location ‘Messages and Codes’.

Are you sure this is being issued from an IBM component?  The message severity indicator (last character in the message-id) is missing and they’re usually pretty good about that.  Have your tried the explain key?  Maybe this is a pass-through message from a hardware component or maybe VM.
