We are a small family with a 4 month old kid. We live in Willowtree "2 bedrooms + 1bathroom" apartment. We now intend to rent a bedroom to a female. Willowtree is close to North Campus, and has a western and a Chinese supermarket within walking distance. Rent excluding utility is $470 per month. Utility is around $30 per month. You need to sign contract that ends on Aug 4, 2018 & pay ~ $100 admin fee to the leasing office.
