TSO receive command in REXX not working

I'm trying to get the following exec to receive a dataset. The problem I'm having is that I get a
message saying that prompting is turned off for an exec or clist (see output below). Anyway
around this?

What is the return code after you issue the "profile msgid prompt wtpmsg"
command?

Rather than the above, try:

call prompt "ON"
