how to prompt message to console and wait for reply via REXX?

I need to write a REXX exec, It first send a message "is it OK? reply 'Y' to confirm and 'N' to cancel" to console, then wait for tso user to reply it, when user reply 'Y', I continue my processes.

It just like "DISPLAY TO CONSOLE" & "ACCEPT FROM CONSOLE" statments in COBOL, But I don't know how to achieve it in REXX.

my REXX exec will be invoked by IRXJCL or IJKEFT01 program.

And found this:

Bill's Automation tools are great for the small shop looking for a usable
freebie. I have used them in a couple consulting engagements.

I also have a REXX Function Package I can send that does this and many more
things (see below). It was originally written by Salvador Carasco of Spain
and an old version of it is on the CBT Tape. That version does not have the
WTOR enhancements (or a few other things he did on request). After he made
the enhancements I lost contact with him. Unfortunately, I don't have it on my
laptop, but will forward it when I get home. Please reply OFF-LIST if you

Here is how his L_WTO function works:

L_WTO.

Write to operator. WTO/WTOR
L_WTO("MSG"=,"R|B"!=,"S"!)
MSG max 122 chars.
"R" reply required.
"B" 'Bold' wto. (Wto with descriptor code 12, White-non rollable)
"S" Supervisor State. Suppress "+" in WTO text.
Return = 1 - OK
Message identification number - For "Bold" wtos.
Reply Information (up to 118) - For "Replys" wtos.(WTORs)

|wton = L_WTO("Initialization....","B")
|if L_WTO("OK TO CONTINUE","R") = "OK" then do

It is a ZIP file and comes with no warranties. I found his example files
pretty self explanatory.
