Has it ever struck you that this is not an appropriate place to post your
junk, any more than my personal mailbox is? If you care to continue to
send me your junk mail then I must insist that you pay my standard
consulting rate of $120 per hour to read it - and I read very slowly when
it suits me. Failure to pay my bill within 7 days will lead to legal
action.
