Just been trying this, this afternoon. I'm getting a message back
stating that it can't find tbload32.exe on the Asymetrix ftp site. I
can see that the file in question is there but still no joy. Am I
approaching this in the wrong fashion (although your instructions below
seem clear enough), or is there in fact a problem with the file in
question?

Actually all you have to do is install your older version, then locate
the
TBLOAD.EXE file from that older version that you just installed (will be
in
that version's TBSYSTEM folder) and double-click on that TBLOAD.EXE.
This
will open a TBLOAD updater utility which will update that version TBLOAD
to
the latest TBLOAD which lives on our web site. Once the update is done,
all
should be fixed.

Could be that it is failing because there is no ASYMETRIX server anymore, it
is a SumTotal server.

In your case I'd say:

1. Find your current copy of TBLOAD.EXE (example:)
C:\Program Files\Common Files\ToolBook\TBSystem\
2. Put a copy of it in the other location (example:)
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Click2learn\TBSystem\

This way both copies are the newer copy.
