Hello Toolbook Community,

I spoke with my rep at Toolbook yesterday about creating apps for mobile
devices. He said with the Toolbook LMS interface, users could download
an app and run it without having to be connected to the web or use their
monthly data allowance (it would work just like any other phone app). I
asked if there was a way to create an app that does not require an LMS
and have be able to be downloaded and he said not that he knew of.
Has anyone out there created an interface to allow apps to be downloaded
and run on a mobile device and not just viewed and used over the web?
