Tooltips in 9.5 DHTML

Hi all,
Has anyone else had problems with setting Tooltips in version 9.5?
When I export the content, the tooltips do not show up!? ... mouseover a
button, no tooltip!

I reported that problem to ToolBook Tech Support quite a while ago. I was told it was a bug.

Tooltips are a nice feature to have them NOT working.
History indicates there will not likely be an address of this either.

The tooltips work in ToolBook 10.
