TN3270E Negotiation help

I am writing a program to support TN3270E Client. After making the
connection, I get the following data;
Server sends
FF2
FD8
IAC,DO,TN3270E
Client sends
FF2
FB8
IAC,WILL,TN3270E
Server sends

IAC,SB,TN3270E,X'0802'
IAC,SE
This is were I need help. I believe the x'08' is 'Send' and x'02' is
device-type.
Client sends ??
FFFA2802?IBM-3278-201?FFFE
IAC,SB,TN3270E,?1,IBM-3278-2,01,?2
IAC,SE
I am not sure of the ?1 fields, the Request and ?2 the Resource

Can anyone help me fill in the gaps. I have read RFC2355, but not sure
what it's trying to say.
