Saving a Gif in a Visio with callouts

I am trying to save a Visio File into a gif format. The file consists of a
gif image imported) and callouts that were created in Visio. When I save
the file only the callouts are being saved/converted as a gif.
I tried to do it in Corel Draw as well but the text on the callouts looks
like ...well you know. =)
Any help is appreciated.
