A positive role of the Internet on SLA has still to be proven. But right
now, with all the bandwidth limitations, the Web is already a solid and rich
source of genuine and meaningful target language input. The potentials of
the Web in particular and the Internet at large, are so huge that failing to
see them is really an admission of myopia.
