Subject: Total Quality Management and its imperatives in the Indian
Context

Dear networkers,

I am a Manager (Maintenance) with Harita Grammer Ltd., Hosur, India. I
am currently doing a research in my organization regarding the above
mentioned topic. This project is in collaboration with BITS, Pilani,
India - one of the premier institiutes of our country.

I would like to gather information to prepare my basic ground work so
that i can base my research or real time data. I would like to
share/gather viewpoints from like minded people regarding this topic.
Please do not be put off by the fact that I am looking for TQM in the
Indian scenario. I welcome any help/guidance/advice on this topic and
would be most grateful if any of you Indians on this list could provide
their insight to this topic.

I am looking for reference material on this topic and would be grateful
if you could help me out in this regard.

Please bear in mind that I have no access to the Internet ( only email
facility) and hence would appreciate if you could send me the downloaded
web pages instead of sending me links to any sites that you might want
me to refer.
