I had to recover a corrupted folder from a backup, because re-index
did not work. Anyway, I used a hex editor to look into the
folder.pmm files to find the correct folder to restore. Is there a
better way to find the correct folder file?
I am using WinPmail v1.22, Mercury 1.13.

If you bring up the folder pick list and attempt to rename a folder,
both DOS and WinPMail will show your the internal FOLDxxxx filename.
You can rename this to something more descriptive (in 8 characters or
less) if you think that you'll need to look often at the "raw"
filenames.
