Garbage printing WINPMAIL 2.42

Hi,

We have a 35 users Novell Network 3.12. I have a problem that
affects only one of my users. When she tries to print a message,
garbage characters will come up. The thing is, if I sit down at her
computer and log under my name, printing is ok!

The captures connect at Windows startup level, so they are identical.
I've clean her mail directory and copied my files to hers. Same
problem. I'm really mystified!

Anyone has had similar?

What if you sit down, as that user, with them and go through the
procedure of printing a message and check the font and the printer
setup. My bet is that something is not defined as it is in your
pmail.ini and you will see the difference.

Use PrintCon and copy your setup to hers.

I've done that already, and also replaced her pmail.ini with
mine...nothing will do.
